Short Description

The Strategic Account Representative is an outside sales position primarily responsible for managing and growing facility segment revenue within a geographic market. Qualified candidates will be able to develop business relationships with a select group of companies and individuals within the industrial segment. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself.

Responsibilities

Generate revenue with a select group of companies within the industrial segment (direct facilities, third party companies, hvac contractors)

Daily account management and revenue growth through visits to various customer offices, facilities, and job sites.

Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve desired results/goals.

Effective implementation of industrial services concepts, products and services.

Identify customer’s needs and react appropriately while understanding the market conditions and local competitors pricing.

Resolve customer issues and concerns.

Assist branches in keeping abreast with customer changes and job site problems.

Support all team members.

Requirements

Professional Experience

Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, facility experience a plus with rental experience

Educational Background

BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
